
Samantha is a fully registered Speech Therapist and an AHPC-accredited Clinical Supervisor.
She has a decade of experience in the assessment and management of adult and geriatric populations across acute, sub-acute, and outpatient settings. Throughout her career, Samantha has worked extensively in the neurological (including awake surgery), head and neck, respiratory and cardiology specialties.
Samantha has rehabilitated many adults with a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders, including dysphagia, speech and language impairments, cognitive-communication difficulties, and voice disorders in both hospital and clinical settings. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based and client-centred therapy that enhances functional independence and improves quality of life.
Recognising the importance of holistic care, Samantha collaborates closely with clients, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and medical practitioners to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes. She is committed to fostering a supportive, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Beyond her clinical practice, Samantha has experience providing clinical supervision to junior therapists and therapy assistants. She also values the importance of multidisciplinary discussions to support knowledge sharing and clinical excellence.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and creating meaningful memories with her family.
