Sally Ting

Sally completed her occupational therapy degree at the Auckland University of Technology (New Zealand) and is a fully registered occupational therapist as well as a clinical supervisor under the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Singapore.

She has 14 years of working experience in different settings in Singapore and New Zealand.

She is a mother of 2 and loves working with children; her kids are her inspiration to help other kids. Her clinical experiences with paediatrics include developmental disorders such as ASD, Sensory Processing Disorders, ADD, GDD and cerebral palsy. Her experiences also span across a variety of settings ranging from clinic-based, home and school programs. Sally is certified and experienced in sensory integration therapy for children. She also works with international school kids ranging from pre-schoolers to secondary school level, helping them with life skills, emotional regulation and handwriting issues. She also enjoys coaching other parents with parenting skills and family relationships.

In addition to her paediatric work, Sally has extensive experience working with adults. She has worked in community and inpatient rehabilitation settings, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and age-related conditions. Her adult practice focuses on maximising functional independence in daily living activities, fall prevention, home modifications, and caregiver training. With a Master’s degree in Gerontology (2019), she has a special interest in ageing well, dementia care, and supporting older adults to maintain quality of life. She has also led group programs for adults with chronic pain and mental health challenges, incorporating her certifications in hydrotherapy and aromatherapy to enhance holistic recovery.

Sally loves traveling with her family to explore and meet new people; she also enjoys her Pilates class.
