Hayati is a dedicated and compassionate Senior Early Intervention Teacher with a profound commitment to fostering the growth and development of young children. With a background in Early Intervention, Hayati possesses a unique blend of knowledge and skills essential for supporting children with diverse needs.

Hayati graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education in 2017 and completed her Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) at Ngee Ann Polytechnic/National Institute of Early Childhood Development in 2019. She gained insights about Early Intervention through hands-on internship experience, and began her professional journey as an Early Interventionist in 2017, building extensive expertise in the field. In her time as an Early Interventionist, she has worked with various profiles of students aged between 3 to 7 years, serving profiles that include children with Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay and Visual Impairment. She has collaborated closely within transdisciplinary teams alongside Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists, strengthening her ability to deliver well-rounded, individualized support. Her unwavering belief in the potential of every child drives her to continuously seek innovative strategies and techniques to maximize learning and promote holistic development. She is fluent in both English and Malay.
