Felicia Teow is a Senior Physiotherapist with experience across community and private healthcare in Singapore and Scotland.
She is passionate about helping people understand the root cause of their pain and movement challenges, believing that meaningful recovery begins with asking not only where it hurts, but why.
Having worked with individuals across the lifespan, Felicia has experience managing musculoskeletal, sports, neurological and geriatric conditions. She enjoys helping people overcome pain, restore confidence in movement and return to the activities that matter most to them through personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation.
Felicia has a special interest in Directional Bias Clinical Pilates. She is particularly drawn to understanding how the body moves and adapts, combining detailed assessment with targeted rehabilitation to develop treatment plans that are tailored to each individual's needs, goals and lifestyle.
In addition to exercise-based rehabilitation, Felicia incorporates hands-on therapy and other evidence-based treatment approaches where appropriate to support recovery. She believes that successful rehabilitation is built on partnership, working closely with every patient to provide the knowledge, guidance and confidence they need to take an active role in their recovery.
Known for her approachable and collaborative nature, Felicia strives to create a supportive environment where every patient feels heard, understood and encouraged throughout their rehabilitation journey. Her goal is not only to help people recover from pain or injury, but to help them move with greater confidence, resilience and independence long after treatment has ended.
