Alexa Guillermo

Alexa Guillermo holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is a licensed Psychometrician in the Philippines.

She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines.

With over 10 years of experience in early intervention education,she has developed strong expertise in supporting children with diverse developmental needs. During her time in Singapore, she worked with various private organisations, including Zee Schoolhouse, My Inspiring Journey, and Headstart for Life (now known as Amazing Collective). She served as a Senior Early Intervention Educator, delivering individualized and group-based interventions under the EIPIC programme (Early Intervention Programmes for Infantsand Children).

She is trained and licensed to administer psychological assessments. In addition, she is highly experienced in developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each learner’s unique developmental and educational needs.

Alexa strongly believes in the importance of collaboration with primary caregivers, families, and other professionals to support each client’s growth and overall development. She values listening to and understanding the challenges faced by caregivers in supporting their children.

Alexa is committed to providing guidance, practical strategies, and ongoing support to help ease the demands caregivers may experience throughout the intervention process. She is known for being proactive, empathetic, and dedicated in her professional practice. In addition,she is a strong advocate for mental health and psychological well-being.
